Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped within two business days after order confirmation. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. If the surcharge is applicable, we will call and email you prior the shipping.

The purchaser may choose from multiple shipping options in the online ordering system. We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping company. Our company may, at its discretion, change the shipping options provided online. Online orders cannot be combined to save on freight once the order has been placed. Combine your orders onto one purchase order at the time of ordering if you would like the orders to ship together. Small package orders to a specific location may be batched together for shipment if ready at the same time. All orders will be shipped complete unless requested otherwise by the purchaser.

You will receive the confirmation email with the tracking number for each order you've made.

Custom-cut Artificial Grass Products offers expedited freight delivery for all custom-cut artificial grass products. Please, provide the phone number the shipping company will use to call you on delivery day. A person older than 18 y.o. must be present at the time of delivery. You can call us anytime to check the status of your shipment.

Custom-cut artificial grass products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO.

Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.

Area Rugs and Other Products

The orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. The cost of shipping is based on total order amount and your location.

Free Samples

Turf4Less offers the highest quality, most affordable artificial grass in the industry. You can order one sample for each artificial grass product limited to 3 samples per order. When you purchase free samples, you pay the delivery cost according to UPS and FedEx shipping rates.

For contractors looking for sets of samples for a sales team - feel free to contact us, and we will get you a larger box of samples!

Do we ship internationally?

No. We deliver only across the continental United States. If you need to send custom-size rolls of artificial grass to Hawaii, or other US Territories like Puerto Rico, please call us before placing an order.

Where else do we ship?

APO/FPO - We proudly offer Standard shipping of all products to Military addresses except for the custom-cut artificial grass that requires a truck delivery! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions, not all items are available for shipment. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

How do we ship?

Parcel - Your shipment will arrive via FedEx, USPS or UPS. Unless your total order cost is higher than $100, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.

Truck Delivery - When the size and/or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.

Truck Delivery Times

Truck delivery time depends on shipping company availability and your destination. Orders placed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Your order status will be updated online on your account "Orders" page.

Truck Delivery Requirements

Please review the conditions below to ensure successful delivery.

For all truck deliveries:

  1. Street access must be at least 10 feet wide.
  2. There can be no vehicle weight restrictions on the roads leading to your home.
  3. Overhead street clearance must be at least 14 feet high. Return Policy

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable to us as well. merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt and proof of payment. To be eligible for return the following conditions must be met:

1. For custom cuts Artificial Grass orders:

Please, unroll and thoroughly inspect all artificial grass products before cutting and installation. Once you attempt to install the artificial grass or cut the artificial grass product you are implicitly accepting the product: its color(s), blade and yarn specifications, etc. This is distinct from a warranty claim.

2. All artificial grass area rugs and other products must be returned in their original, uncut, unopened and unused condition. It cannot be altered or installed in any way.

Return Policy Exceptions:

  1. Any artificial grass orders cut by the customer or their installer are not returnable.
  2. Custom cut artificial grass returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges.
  3. Labor, delivery, and/or installation services are not refundable.
  4. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by
  5. No restocking fee will be charged on any product except for custom cut artificial grass products.

Return Policy Payment:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.)
  2. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5 -10 business days after the merchandise is received in our warehouse.

*Please note that depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days from the start of the returns process for it to be applied to your account.

Returning By Mail

For most orders delivered by UPS or FedEx, you must arrange to return on your own, using the address specified on the receipt.
